Ranking Structure This is our ranking structure for the clan. If you ask why we need a ranking structure I will tell you. It gives an easier way for us to control the clan. With the ranks we can tell who our loyal members are and who hasn't earned our trust yet. We will not give high ranks just because you pwn or because your mom thinks you are cool. High ranks require trust, loyalty and leadership and everyone has to "pay" their dues. Once you have been promoted we will tell you some more information about your promotions, privileges and what is expected of you. You will also be told what you will need to do for your next promotion.
	Admirals {Citadel} Symbol: Phoenix {Emblem changes on a regular basis} ADMIRALS ARE THE FOUNDERS OF eXD, HOWEVER RECRUITS MAY EARN THIS TITLE THROUGH DEDICATION. THEY CONVENE AS A COMMUNITY AND OVERSEE THE GAMING COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE. ADMIRALS CREATE AND ENFORCE THE RULES AND GUIDELINES OF eXD. ALL ADMIRALS ARE TO BE GIVEN COURTESY FOR THEIR HARD WORK AMONGST THE eXD GAMING COMMUNITY. THE ADMIRALS PERFORM DIFFERENT JOBS AND WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM FOR eXILED DEMONS' BENEFIT. ADMIRALS WILL HAVE "CC" AT THE END OF THEIR NAME. THIS STANDS FOR "COMMANDING CHIEF". ALWAYS RESPECT EACH ADMIRAL WITH YOUR UTMOST RESPECT. FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DEMOTION.
	General {Citadel} Symbol: Hawk A General is the most honored rank in eXD. This requires much trust and loyalty. Only the greatest members will become one. Generals will be in charge of everything that the Council does, almost. They will have a say in what goes on down in the clan. They also will help run meetings and their topics will be brought up. They can run meetings by themselves and lead practices without consent of an Admiral. Respect them to your best. To become a General you will need to be a member of the clan for quite some time. A generous number recruitment's will be needed. You will also need a one week training by an Admiral prior to your promotion. They will have CO at the end of their name.
	Colonel {Citadel} Symbol: Hawk [toggled] Colonel's are around to ensure that everyone is doing their job right. They need to make sure that everyone in the clan is doing what they need to do. Colonels may be called upon to resolve a clan issue. Seeing as they are the second highest rank a member can get, they will have much to do. They will have XO at the end of their name.
	Major {Citadel} Symbol: Spartan Helmet Majors should just take care of all their responsibilities. They will make sure that recruits have registered on the forums and are all doing as they are told. Majors should be active in game and on the forums.
	Commander {Officer} Symbol: Jolly Roger Commander is your first higher rank, a lot is expected out of you. Recruiting will be needed, being active and a good role model is also required. There is not that much to do here. Just be sure that your squad are doing what they should be.
	Lieutenant {Officer} Symbol: Champion Lieutenants are training to become Commanders. They will be called upon when their Commander cannot perform their duties. They should just make sure that their lowers are doing their jobs. Also they should start getting to know the community as a whole and not just the squad they are in.
	Master Sergeant {Junior Officer} Symbol: Sol You will be invited to try-outs for the game battles teams and also you will start to be much more trusted in the clan. You should just keep doing what you have been. Being active, recruiting, getting to know the clan. You now qualify for secondary positions, other responsibilities that will help you get promoted even quicker.
	Drill Sergeant {Non-Commissioned Officer} Symbol: Spartan You have proven your self to the clan. This is your rank that you are allowed to have an eXD tag in front of your name, if you wish. You are to be the supervising authority for new recruits, making sure that the rules have been explained, they have access to this website, and tell them about the forums and post frequently.
	Sergeant {Non-Commissioned Officer} Symbol: Valkyrie You will be required to participate in many events and take part in just about everything you can. You really need to prove your self here. Showing all that you got. Getting yourself noticed here is a good thing. Join as many events as you can, come to meeting and keep up with the clan.
	Corporal {Enlisted} Symbol: Snake [toggled] You are an official member of the clan. Welcome. We will invite you to everything now, you should start to get around the clan more. Become better friends with members and start working on everything that you will need for upper ranks.
	Private {Enlisted} Symbol: Triad You have passed your one week trial. Now just keep doing what you were. Try to recruit some people and become a bit more active.
	Recruit {Enlisted} Symbol: Smiley Face You have just joined. You will have a one week trial in the clan to make sure it is right for you. Get to know everyone and just enjoy yourself. It will be a fast week.
If ever you have a disagreement or problem that needs solving, please use the Chain of Command. That means you will report to the rank above you to get things situated and if that person can not help you, then proceed to the next after that. Please do not go directly to the top without consulting the ranks below. -The Citadel
